Transactional text messages

Customers who provide a mobile number and consent to text messages may receive low-volume transactional messages related to requested fire alarm service. Messages may include secure authorization links, scheduling or dispatch updates, technician arrival updates, service status, and secure document delivery.

Consent and frequency

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies according to requested service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Signal Peak does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
